1. GENERAL 

1.1

Transfer implies the transport of at least one passenger from the pickup point to the drop-off point or opposite. 

One of the selected points of transfer must be airport. 

For the second point of transfer you can choose one of the destinations from our list.

1.2

Transfer can be One-way or the Return.

1.3

On the Return transfer you get EXTRA 5% DISCOUNT on return drive.

 

2. TYPES OF TRANSFER

2.1

All our transfers are individual transfers, have number of maximum passengers in offer, and all prices are per vehicle. 

Passengers will be met at a Pick-up point by a driver holding a name board with passenger’s name on it. The driver will drive the passengers to a desired Drop-off address.

 

3. BOOKING PROCEDURE

3.1

A person who wants to make a reservation must be over 18 and have a valid credit card / bank account. 

Reservation should be made at least 48 hours before the start of the transfer, filling all required information online.

3.2

A person who enters data is responsible for their validity and accepts the terms in the name of the whole group, and is responsible for the whole group. Transoo doesn't bear any responsibility for wrongly entered data.

3.3

Reservation is completed when PayPal accepts customer’s credit card, or when a payment by a bank account is successfully completed.

When the reservation is accepted, the customer will recieve confirmation by e-mail.

3.4

If filled data are not  proper or reservation is not accepted, Transoo does not have to accept a reservation.

3.5

After a successful payment, a customer will receive a Receipt with all of the booking details (PDF format), which needs to show to the driver. Unique Reservation Code must be entered in order to check the status of reservation, to change reservation dates or to cancel the reservation, and as a reference for further communication between Transoo and a client.

 

4. LUGGAGE

4.1

Each passenger is permitted to bring the standard suitcase or travel bag, and one piece of hand luggage the same size that is allowed in airline traffic. Transoo or any of its contracted or sub-contracted drivers will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to luggage.

 

5. CHILDREN

5.1

Children under 12 can not use our service unless they are with an adult. Children 12 to 18 years must have a certified written permission of a parents. For children up to 5, children’s seat is compulsory. 

 

6. PERSONS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

6.1

Persons with special needs are obliged to specify that in a reservation form in order to ensure appropriate vehicle. 

 

7. PAYMENTS 

7.1

Client may pay by credit car or by a bank account.

7.2

When the payment goes by credit card, it goes by PayPal and all Terms and Conditions are by PayPal. 

 

8. DISCOUNTS

8.1

All discounts are made by Transoo.

8.2

If the client decide to pay bay a credit card, he can choose between two payment options:

25% of amount by a credit card to confirm the reservation and 75% of the amount to the driver on the spot.

Payment of full amount by a credit card - 3% DISCOUNT on full amount.

8.3

If the client decide to pay bay a bank account, he can choose between two payment options:

25% of amount by a bank account to confirm the reservation and 75% of the amount to the driver on the spot.

Payment of full amount by a bank account - 3% DISCOUNT on full amount.

8.4.

If the client decide to order return transfer, he will GET EXTRA 5% DISCOUNT on the return drive, not for a full amount.

 

9. CHANGES 

9.1

Client may change the reservation details at any time up the 7 days without administrative fees for changes, changes made 3-7 days before the transfer will be charged with 15,00 €, and changes made less than 3 days before the transfer will be charged with 25,00 €.

9.2

If the price of changed transfer is larger than the amount paid, client will be charged for the difference. If the price of changed tranfer is lower than the amount paid, the difference will be returned to the client.

 

10. CANCELLATION

10.1

Client may cancel the reservation at any time up the 14 days without administrative fees for cancellation and the Transoo will return the entire amount paid. 

10.2

Cancellation made 7-14 days before the transfer will be charged with 15,00 € and the rest will be returned to the client.

10.3

Cancellation made 3-7 days before the transfer will be charged with 25,00 € and the rest will be returned to the client.

10.4

Cancellation made less than 3 days before the will be charged with entire amount paid.

 

11. SAFETY ISSUES

11.1

Passengers insurance is included in the price of the transfer.

11.2

A passenger whose behavior endangers the safety of driver, other passengers or other participants in traffic will be removed from the vehicle, and reported to local police department.

11.3

A passenger under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other controlled substances won’t be allowed to enter a vehicle and will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid.

11.4

Smoking, consuming food and beverages, alcohol or drugs in the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Exceptions to this is water in bottles. 

 

12. RESPONSIBILITY

12.1

All agreements between the client and Transoo must be confirmed in written form by e-mail or fax, otherwise are considered invalid.

12.2

Transoo is not responsible for delays in the arrival or departure caused by unforeseeable circumstances, such as traffic crowds, extremely poor weather conditionsfires and so on.

12.3

In case that client is not able to contact our driver at the agreed place in the agreed time, client is required to contact Transoo contact center as soon as possible.

12.4

In case that a client is delayed for any reason, client is required to contact Transoo contact center as soon as possible.

12.5

In case that selected type of vehicle is not available for any reason, Transoo can use another appropriate vehicle.

12.6

If the transfer has not been made, Transoo is required to refund the amount paid in full. The client is required to obtain and present evidence in support of their claims. 

12.7

Complaints must be submitted within 48 hours. 

Complaints submitted after 48 hours will be disregarded.

12.8

Transoo is required to consider all complaints and make a decision within 15 days.

12.9.

All issues will be attempted to resolve by an agreement out of court.

All the disputes will be presented before a Court in Rijeka.
